FreshBooks is hiring a Sales Development Representative to manage leads and close sales for their cloud-based accounting software. You'll engage with customers through calls and chats, working closely with the Support Accountant Channel and Product Team. This role is hybrid, based in Toronto.

You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable making a high volume of calls daily to engage potential customers. You understand the importance of building relationships and are committed to providing exceptional service to every client.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at FreshBooks, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing sales. You will proactively reach out to customers, making a minimum of 40 calls per day to engage with potential clients and understand their needs. You will also handle inbound inquiries through phone, chat, and meetings, ensuring that every customer receives the attention they deserve. Collaborating closely with the Support Accountant Channel and Product Team, you will work together to close high-value accounts and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Your role will involve tracking your progress and reporting on key metrics to help drive continuous improvement in your sales approach.
