You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in technology or environmental sectors. You understand the nuances of building relationships with multiple stakeholders and have successfully closed complex deals in the past. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of innovative solutions to diverse audiences. You are passionate about making a positive impact on community health and the environment, aligning with Aclima's mission.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts at Aclima. You will develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company's mission and objectives. Your focus will be on closing high-value deals with government entities, industries, and communities. You will build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will work closely with the CEO and Founders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and business goals. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. Your role will also involve representing Aclima at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative solutions and building relationships with potential clients.
