Acronis is hiring a Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive ARR growth through strategic account planning with partners. You'll focus on increasing adoption of new services and enhancing partner experiences. This role requires expertise in account management and a passion for data protection and cybersecurity.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your passion for data protection and cybersecurity drives your commitment to fostering strong relationships with partners. You possess a strategic vision and tactical sales execution skills, allowing you to balance immediate sales goals with long-term initiatives. You are adept at managing relationships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.
You are a skilled communicator, capable of delivering forecasts, pipeline updates, and business activity reports to sales leadership. Your ability to introduce and educate MSPs on new products and solutions is key to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy leading quarterly business planning sessions with partners to align on goals and strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop, manage, and expand Acronis' relationships with both existing and new MSP partners. You will drive incremental sales and revenue growth through targeted initiatives, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to succeed. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and training new MSP partners, as well as delivering regular forecasts and updates to the sales team.
You will work closely with service provider sales leaders to enhance market share and grow the customer base. Your strategic account planning will be essential in increasing the adoption of new services and fostering a world-class partner experience. You will lead quarterly business planning sessions, collaborating with partners to set and achieve mutual goals.
