Acronis is hiring a Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive ARR growth through strategic account planning with partners. You'll focus on increasing adoption of new services and enhancing partner experiences. This role requires expertise in account management and a passion for data protection.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your passion for data protection and cybersecurity drives your commitment to fostering relationships with partners. You possess a strategic vision and tactical sales execution skills, enabling you to balance immediate sales goals with long-term initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with service provider sales leaders to expand revenue and grow the customer base. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with partners sets you apart in this role.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management will enhance your effectiveness in this position. You are comfortable with training and onboarding new partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent Acronis' solutions. A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and driving incremental sales will be key to your success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, manage, and expand Acronis' relationships with both existing and new MSP partners. You will drive incremental sales and revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives, ensuring that partners are well-informed about new products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, as well as business activity reports to Acronis sales leadership. You will lead quarterly business planning sessions with assigned partners, focusing on strategic account planning and execution. Your efforts will contribute to creating a world-class partner experience that differentiates Acronis in the market.
