You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity sectors — your experience includes recruiting and developing high-potential partner accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering long-term collaboration that drives mutual success.
Your expertise in partner enablement is evident — you create and execute strategic plans that empower partners to effectively sell and deploy cyber protection solutions. You understand the importance of equipping partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to address market needs and customer challenges effectively.
You are results-oriented, with a keen ability to monitor and manage partner performance — your analytical skills help you identify areas for improvement and drive partner success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure that partners are set up for success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners that align with Acronis's strategic goals.
