Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management and partner recruitment, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity domain. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers is essential for success in this role. You understand the importance of aligning partner strategies with company goals and have a knack for identifying high-potential partners. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, capable of executing plans that maximize revenue opportunities. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding large-scale partners that align with Acronis's strategic goals. You will create and execute strategic enablement plans to drive partner success in selling and deploying cyber protection solutions. Monitoring partner performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will need to ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to address market needs.
