What you'll do

As a Strategic Partner Account Manager, you will work as part of the Channel Management organization, aligned with a portfolio of service providers. Your main goals will be to drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through strategic account planning. You will engage with partners to enhance their experience with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will also focus on increasing the adoption of new services and retaining partners by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Acronis to ensure that partners are fully equipped to utilize the services offered. You will analyze market trends and partner feedback to continuously improve the partner experience. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of Acronis in the region, particularly within Chile, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
