Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in Account Management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security drives you to create best-in-class partner experiences. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding partner needs, ensuring their success with Acronis solutions.
You are skilled in territory analysis and planning, identifying top potential partners, and maintaining regular contact with key decision-makers. Your proactive approach allows you to align effectively with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities, driving cloud revenue growth quarter over quarter.
What you'll do
As the Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through strategic account planning with dedicated partners. You will train new and existing partners on Acronis products, supporting them daily in their business and technology development. Your role will involve guiding partners through the onboarding and enablement stages, equipping them with the knowledge they need to succeed.
You will conduct territory analysis to identify opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side. Your efforts will focus on increasing the adoption of new services and retaining partners, which are crucial for Acronis's mission to create a #CyberFit future. You will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Channel Management organization to ensure that partners receive the support they need to thrive.
