You have experience in Account Management and a strong passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security — your background equips you to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations. You understand the importance of driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and partner enablement, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to a shared mission. Your ability to analyze territories and identify top potential partners will be crucial in this role, as will your commitment to creating a best-in-class partner experience.
You are adept at training and supporting partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your communication skills allow you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner, fostering strong relationships with partners. You are results-oriented and motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on partner success and overall business growth.
What you'll do
As the Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will conduct territory analysis and planning to identify and prioritize potential partners in your assigned geography. You will develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side and maintain regular contact to ensure alignment and support. Collaborating with Acronis Cloud Distributors, you will drive joint activities for channel enablement and work towards achieving quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through your assigned partners.
Your role will involve training new and existing partners on Acronis products, supporting them in their business and technology development, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will be responsible for increasing the adoption of new services and retaining partners by providing exceptional support and resources. Your efforts will contribute to creating a #CyberFit future, where data protection is paramount for businesses and individuals alike.
