You have a strong background in Account Management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering relationships with partners. Your passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security aligns perfectly with Acronis's mission to create a #CyberFit future. You understand the importance of maintaining regular contact with key decision-makers and are skilled at territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with Cloud Distributors to enable channels and drive cloud revenue growth. Your experience in training partners on new products and supporting them through onboarding stages equips you with the knowledge to guide them effectively. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring that partners are well-informed and engaged with Acronis's offerings.
What you'll do
As the Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations and maintaining regular contact to ensure their success. You will conduct territory analysis to identify potential partners and align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities that enhance channel enablement. Your role will involve driving quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
You will train new and existing partners on Acronis products, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to succeed. Supporting partners on a daily basis, you will guide them through business and technology development, helping them to adopt new services and retain their partnership with Acronis. Your focus on creating a best-in-class partner experience will be key to differentiating Acronis in the market.
