What you'll do

As a Cloud Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for answering how-to questions and customer care requests related to the Acronis Cyber Platform. You will work on resolving various technical incidents for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) involving Acronis products. Your role will involve performing technical analysis of issues and defining action plans for resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with partners and collaborating with various departments to analyze and resolve problems. Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to customer satisfaction and interaction quality will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
