Acronis is seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to provide frontline support for their Cyber Platform. You'll assist MSPs and customers in resolving technical incidents and ensuring satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

You are a motivated individual with a strong desire to support customers and partners effectively. You have a knack for troubleshooting technical issues and are eager to learn about Acronis products and services. Your communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with MSPs and colleagues alike. You possess a deep understanding of technical support processes and are comfortable navigating knowledge bases and documentation to find solutions. Your analytical skills enable you to assess technical incidents and develop actionable plans for resolution. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality support to ensure customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for answering how-to questions and addressing customer care requests related to the Acronis Cyber Platform. You will work on resolving various technical incidents for MSPs involving Acronis products, performing technical analysis of issues, and defining action plans for fixing them. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners will be a key aspect of your role, as you will interact with various departments to analyze and resolve problems effectively.

You will also be tasked with crafting solutions and delivering initial product setups, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with MSPs will be crucial in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will meet and exceed KPIs set for your role, focusing on interaction quality and productivity.
