What you'll do
As a Cloud Software Support Specialist at Acronis, you will be responsible for answering how-to questions and customer care requests related to the Acronis Cyber Platform. You will work on resolving various technical incidents for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) involving Acronis products. Your role will involve performing technical analysis of issues and defining action plans for resolution. You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their requests are met effectively. Additionally, you will interact with various departments to analyze and resolve problems, all while meeting and exceeding key performance indicators set for your role.
