Acronis is seeking a Cloud Software Support Specialist to provide frontline support for their Cyber Platform. You'll assist MSPs and customers in resolving technical incidents and ensuring satisfaction. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you'll do
As a Cloud Software Support Specialist at Acronis, you will be responsible for answering how-to questions and customer care requests related to the Acronis Cyber Platform. You will work on resolving various technical incidents for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) involving Acronis products, performing technical analysis of issues and defining action plans for resolution. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners will be crucial, as you will interact with various departments to analyze and resolve problems effectively. Your role will also involve crafting solutions and delivering initial product setups, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to utilize Acronis products effectively.
