What you'll do
In this role, you will connect with Acronis breadth partners and PayG partners using approved tools. You will put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain partners, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their lifecycle. You will cooperate with related departments at Acronis to provide seamless support and drive engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming chats, creating upsell opportunities, and maintaining high-quality partner interactions. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Acronis's innovative and growing business.
