What you'll do
In this role, you will connect with Acronis breadth partners and PayG partners using approved tools, including Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, and Gainsight. You will manage incoming chats and provide technical guidance to partners, helping them navigate Acronis's solutions effectively. Your focus will be on creating upsell opportunities and maintaining high-quality interactions throughout the partner lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with related departments at Acronis to ensure a seamless experience for partners. Your efforts will be pivotal in avoiding churn and retaining partners, contributing to the overall success of Acronis's innovative business model.
