What you'll do

As a Gainsight System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform, including system configuration, reports, dashboards, and end-to-end workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and ensure that these requirements are effectively implemented in the system. Your role will also involve integrating Gainsight with other systems, such as Salesforce, to enhance functionality and user experience.

You will train team members and business partners on the workflows you set up, ensuring they understand best practices for using the system productively. Daily problem-solving will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to ensure that the team can leverage Gainsight effectively to achieve their objectives.
