What you'll do

As a Gainsight System Administrator at Acronis, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform, including system configuration, reports, dashboards, and end-to-end workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional end users to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and translate these into actionable technical designs. Your role will involve training team members and business partners on the workflows you set up, ensuring they understand best practices for using the system effectively.

You will engage in daily problem-solving to maintain the productivity of the team and ensure successful technical deployments on a recurring basis. Your contributions will be crucial in driving value for partners across their lifecycle, as you create and manage scalable processes and solutions on the Gainsight platform. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the Operational Excellence for Partner Success team to enhance partner success strategies.
