What you'll do

As a Gainsight System Administrator at Acronis, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform. This includes setting up system configurations, reports, dashboards, and end-to-end workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and ensure that the solutions you implement align with the company's goals.

You will also train team members and business partners on the workflows you create, teaching them best practices to maximize the effectiveness of the Gainsight platform.
