What you'll do

As a Gainsight System Administrator, you will configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and its partners. You will collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements and implement workflows that drive partner success. Your role will involve creating reports and dashboards that provide insights into partner engagement and success metrics.

You will also be responsible for training team members and business partners on the workflows you set up, ensuring they understand best practices for using the system effectively. Engaging in daily problem-solving will be a key part of your role, as you work to ensure that the team can use the Gainsight platform productively. Your contributions will help create scalable processes that support the overall business goals of Acronis.
