What you'll do

In this role, you will configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and its partners. You will collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs. Your responsibilities will include creating reports, dashboards, and end-to-end workflows that enhance partner success. You will also engage in training sessions to educate users on the workflows you’ve set up, ensuring they understand best practices for effective use. Daily problem-solving will be a key part of your role, as you work to ensure that the team can use the system productively and efficiently.
