What you'll do

As a Gainsight System Administrator at Acronis, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform. This includes setting up system configurations, reports, dashboards, and end-to-end workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and ensure that these requirements are effectively translated into technical designs. You will also engage in training team members and business partners on the workflows you set up, teaching best practices to ensure successful technical deployments.

Your role will involve daily problem-solving to ensure that the team can use the Gainsight system productively. You will create and manage scalable processes and solutions on the Gainsight platform to support business goals. Additionally, you will work closely with integrated systems such as Salesforce, ensuring that all systems work seamlessly together to drive partner success.
