What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring their success with LivePerson's Conversational Cloud platform. You will be responsible for driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities to achieve outstanding retention targets. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, ensuring that they are satisfied and that their programs are successful.

You will collaborate closely with client executives and internal teams, including professional services and support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your insights and feedback will be crucial in shaping the customer journey and enhancing the overall value delivered to clients.
