What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Adyen, you will perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from intake meetings to sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will collaborate with hiring teams to define their needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to the tech and product teams. Your role will involve proactively spotting and engaging top talent through creative sourcing methods, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
In addition to your recruiting responsibilities, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by sharing insights and best practices with your team. You will participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adyen's visibility in the tech talent market.
