What you'll do
In this role, you will operate as the first point of contact for Adyenβs merchants, providing them with the necessary assistance and tools to successfully manage their payment processes. You will engage directly with technical teams to resolve issues and implement changes that have a direct impact on merchants' ability to accept payments. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through the use of Adyenβs platform, and ensuring that they have the resources they need to grow their businesses.
