Agicap is hiring an Implementation Consultant to partner with customers in unlocking the full potential of their Treasury platform. You'll work closely with Finance teams to help them achieve their strategic and operational goals. This role requires strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Who you are
You have a strong background in consulting or customer success, ideally within the finance or technology sectors. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs — your ability to communicate effectively ensures that clients feel supported and valued throughout their journey with Agicap.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Your experience in project management or implementation roles has equipped you with the skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Agicap, you will be the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase of our Treasury Management platform. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to leverage our solutions to meet their financial goals. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. By understanding the unique needs of each client, you will help them unlock the full potential of our platform, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will also include documenting customer requirements and working with the product team to relay insights that can inform future product enhancements. You will play a crucial role in helping Agicap grow its customer base and reputation as a leader in Treasury Management solutions.
