Agoda is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance relationships with accommodation partners. You'll provide strategic advice and support to ensure partner success across multiple locations in Japan.

You have a strong background in account management and strategic partnerships, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Your fluency in Japanese allows you to communicate effectively with local partners and understand their unique needs. You are skilled in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities for collaboration that drive mutual success.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Agoda, you will be responsible for managing relationships with accommodation partners across Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa. You will serve as a consultant, offering strategic advice on how partners can excel on Agoda’s commercial platform. Your role will involve analyzing partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance their success.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partners receive the support they need to thrive. This includes coordinating with marketing, technology, and operations to deliver tailored solutions that meet partner expectations. Your insights will directly contribute to Agoda's position as a market leader in the travel industry.
