What you'll do

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media. You will help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience. Additionally, you will support the onboarding of new hires, helping them acclimate to Agoda's culture and values. You will work closely with the People Team to identify talent needs and contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
