What you'll do
As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of a book of business in the UAE and Northern Africa. You will manage professional host accounts and focus on acquiring high-quality inventory to strengthen Airbnb's market presence. Your role will involve developing and refining localized supply management strategies tailored to both established and emerging markets.
You will collaborate with various teams to drive supply acquisition and ensure the long-term success of hosts in your region. This includes developing acquisition strategies, managing host relationships, and optimizing their listings for better performance. You will also analyze market trends and host feedback to continuously improve Airbnb's offerings and support.
