What you'll do
As a Market Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and expansion of our hotel supply in Italy. This involves managing hotels and optimizing their setups through discounts, availability, and other strategic levers. You will focus on enhancing Airbnb's market presence in your designated region by collaborating with other teams and leveraging your local market expertise. Your role will include developing tiering and account management strategies, converting hotel leads, and managing relationships with strategic partners.
You will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s success on HotelTonight and Airbnb, ensuring that our partners are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences to guests. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing market trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive bookings and enhance the overall guest experience. Your ability to navigate complex relationships and foster collaboration will be key to your success in this role.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €51,000—€58,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
