Overview

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Lead for the APAC region to accelerate their Homes supply strategy. You'll partner with regional directors to define and implement sales operations strategies. This role requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales analytics tools. What you'll do

As the Senior Sales Operations Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Regional Homes Director and Country Managers, focusing on accelerating Airbnb's Homes supply strategy in the APAC region. You will be responsible for defining, articulating, and adjusting the sales operations strategy to help grow revenue and achieve company-wide objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

You will ensure alignment between leadership goals and local execution by leveraging the sales team to drive successful outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in translating business objectives into actionable regional strategies. You will also be involved in developing training programs for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and operational efficiency. Your insights will help shape the direction of the sales strategy and inform decision-making at the regional level. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with broader company goals.
