Overview

Aircall is hiring a GTM Onboarding Program Manager to design and implement workflows that establish foundations for success in customer communications. You'll collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure new processes are tailored and adopted by xDR teams. This role is based in New York.

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in onboarding and cross-functional collaboration. You thrive in environments where customer obsession and continuous learning are valued, and you have a knack for designing workflows that enhance team performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams, sets you apart. You understand the importance of integrating new processes and ensuring they are adopted by teams to drive success. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of onboarding are executed flawlessly. You are passionate about creating a seamless experience for customer-facing teams and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding workflows that are crucial for the success of Aircall's customer communications platform. You will work closely with the GTM Enablement team to ensure that all processes are tailored to meet the needs of the xDR teams. Your expertise will help in reinforcing workflows that establish a strong foundation for success. You will also partner with various teams, including RevOps, Marketing, and Product, to provide insights and ensure that new processes are effectively integrated and adopted. Your role will involve continuous improvement of onboarding processes, ensuring they align with the company's goals and customer needs. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership within the team, helping to position Aircall as a talent incubator. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of customer-facing teams, driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
