Sendbird is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to build and close a qualified sales pipeline focused on strategic enterprise accounts. You'll develop relationships with C-level executives and articulate the value of Sendbird's platform. This role requires a tenacious work ethic and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives sets you apart, as you understand their business challenges and can influence their communication strategies. You are tenacious and resourceful, always looking for ways to drive new business and articulate the value of innovative solutions. Your experience in the tech industry, particularly with AI or customer engagement platforms, gives you an edge in understanding the needs of your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and closing a qualified sales pipeline focused on a select number of strategic enterprise accounts. You will develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, particularly C-level executives, to understand their business challenges and influence their communication strategies. Your role will involve articulating the value of Sendbird's platform to both technical and business leaders, demonstrating how our solutions can drive strategic outcomes and ROI. You will leverage your network and expertise to drive new business within your targeted account list, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that we deliver exceptional service.
