Overview

Airtable is hiring an Account Executive, Commercial to manage the full sales cycle and increase their customer base. This role is based in Austin, Texas, and requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in a technology or software environment — you understand the sales process and are comfortable managing the full sales cycle from discovery calls to closing deals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including decision-makers and technical teams, sets you apart. You are eager to learn and become an expert in the Airtable product, helping customers understand its value and applications.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, which includes conducting discovery calls, running product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing new business to meet and exceed sales goals. You will engage with customers across different industries, understanding their unique use cases and how Airtable can enhance their workflows. Your role will involve conducting calls with prospects to gather insights about their organizational structure and procurement processes, ensuring you can tailor your approach to meet their needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product feedback and user insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of Airtable's offerings.
