What you'll do

As an Account Executive, Commercial at Dialpad, you will own the complete sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to convert small business prospects into active Dialpad clients. Your role will involve identifying and addressing complex communication problems faced by businesses globally, ensuring that you provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the sales journey, ultimately contributing to Dialpad's mission of enhancing customer connections.
