Airwallex is seeking an Account Executive for the Education Segment to drive sales and manage client relationships. This role requires strong expertise in sales and a passion for the education sector.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the education sector, and you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. You are a collaborative team player who values the input of others and works well in cross-functional teams. You are comfortable using technology and data to inform your decisions and strategies. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, embracing new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech or payments industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with integrated financial solutions. A background in account management or business development is also desirable, as is a strong understanding of the education landscape and its key players.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the education segment, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of the education sector. You will conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs, and you will leverage this information to inform your sales strategies. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates to management on your progress. You will also participate in industry events and conferences to promote Airwallex and its solutions, building your network and enhancing your understanding of the market.
