Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders and understanding complex client needs sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of turning strategic opportunities into tangible results.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess market trends and client feedback to inform your strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, ensures that you can align client needs with company offerings effectively. You are a natural leader, capable of inspiring your team to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What you'll do

As the Head of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for Airwallex. You will lead a team of account managers, guiding them in building and maintaining relationships with key clients. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities and working closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Airwallex's solutions are tailored to meet those demands.
