What you'll do
As the Head of Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, you will own the strategy for Uber Eats' most strategic restaurant partners in Portugal. This involves developing long-term plans to unlock growth for both sides and driving business impact through joint business planning and revenue expansion. You will lead a team that manages a large portfolio contributing significantly to Uber Eatsβ gross bookings, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of account management.
You will build and maintain senior relationships with key stakeholders, cultivating trust and creating shared value. Your role will require you to inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture that is inclusive, performance-driven, and customer-obsessed. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and Global Enterprise teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned and effective.
In addition, you will contribute to shaping the global strategy by sharing learnings and scaling best practices across the organization. Your insights will help refine regional and global enterprise playbooks, ensuring that Uber Eats remains a leader in the market.
