You have a proven track record in account management and customer success, with experience leading teams and developing strategic partnerships. Your ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with C-level executives sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can inspire and develop talent. You understand the importance of operational excellence and have a strategic vision that aligns with business goals.

You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to attract, coach, and empower high-caliber account managers and customer success managers. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the full power of Uber Eats is brought to partners. You are passionate about creating shared value and co-developing growth strategies that benefit both Uber Eats and its partners.

What you'll do

As the Head of Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, you will own the strategy for Uber Eats' most strategic restaurant partners in Portugal. This involves developing long-term plans to unlock growth for both sides and driving business impact through joint business planning and revenue expansion. You will lead a team that manages a large portfolio contributing significantly to Uber Eats’ gross bookings, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of account management.

You will build and maintain senior relationships with key stakeholders, cultivating trust and creating shared value. Your role will require you to inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture that is inclusive, performance-driven, and customer-obsessed. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and Global Enterprise teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned and effective.

In addition, you will contribute to shaping the global strategy by sharing learnings and scaling best practices across the organization. Your insights will help refine regional and global enterprise playbooks, ensuring that Uber Eats remains a leader in the market.
