You have a strong background in partnership development, particularly in the data and ISV space — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain executive-level relationships that drive growth. You understand the nuances of Go-to-Market strategies and how to effectively enable and scale partnerships. Your ability to challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation aligns perfectly with Snowflake's culture of impact and collaboration.

You possess a deep expertise in data cloud products and have a proven track record of executing comprehensive GTM plans with strategic partners. You thrive in environments that require you to think critically and strategically about partnership opportunities, ensuring that both Snowflake and its partners achieve their full potential. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute GTM plans with strategic DCP partners across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with Snowflake's growth objectives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and driving initiatives that enhance partner engagement. Your responsibilities will include identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership strategies.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of partnerships, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, enabling you to provide valuable insights that shape Snowflake's approach to partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that Snowflake's offerings are effectively positioned in the market.
