What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the People & Culture team in various initiatives that support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to development. You will help coordinate culture and engagement activities that promote a positive workplace experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting talent acquisition efforts, contributing to learning and development programs, and analyzing people insights to inform decision-making. You will work closely with team members across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that the P&C initiatives are effectively implemented and tailored to meet the needs of employees in both regions.

You will play a key role in enhancing the workplace experience by suggesting process improvements and championing positivity within the team. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for employees, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other P&C specialists within WPP, gaining insights and mentorship that will aid your professional growth.
