You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial services or fintech sector, and understand the unique needs of established SMEs. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with broker firms is essential, as you will be the key point of contact for these partners. You thrive in a consultative sales environment, where understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions is paramount. You are comfortable working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client journey from referral to onboarding.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with brokers and SMEs alike. Your proactive outreach efforts will help grow Allica's presence in the market, and you are committed to delivering exceptional service to both brokers and clients. You are adaptable and open to flexible working arrangements, ensuring that you can meet the needs of your clients and your team.

What you'll do

As a Sales Executive at Allica Bank, you will be responsible for generating new business through partnerships with broker firms across the UK. Your primary focus will be on securing new Business Rewards Accounts, managing the entire client journey from generating referrals to onboarding and delivering funded accounts. You will coordinate introductions back to the original broker for lending needs, ensuring that customers receive a comprehensive view of the market.

You will work closely with the broker finance team and leverage existing introducer relationships to maximize opportunities. Your consultative sales approach will be key in growing Allica's presence among broker stakeholders and offices. You will also manage ongoing relationships with onboarded brokers, developing them into consistent referrers who value the partnership with Allica Bank.
