What you'll do
As a Business Development Executive at Fresha, you will focus on bringing in new business and expanding our marketplace presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (Europe), you will collaborate with the Commercial team to identify potential partners and develop strategies to engage them effectively. Your role will involve researching market trends and understanding customer needs to tailor our offerings accordingly.
You will be responsible for conducting outreach to potential clients, presenting Fresha's value proposition, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into partnerships. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively will be crucial in this role, as you will be the face of Fresha in many interactions.
In addition to driving new business, you will also contribute to the overall strategy of the sales team, providing insights and feedback based on your interactions with clients. You will participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn from one another.
