What you'll do
As a Broker Sales Executive at Allica Bank, you will be responsible for generating new business through partnerships with broker firms across the UK. Your primary focus will be on securing new Business Rewards Accounts, managing the entire client journey from generating referrals to onboarding and delivering funded accounts. You will leverage existing introducer relationships and conduct proactive outreach to firms on our panel, ensuring that you grow Allica's presence among broker stakeholders. You will coordinate introductions for lending needs back to the original broker, providing customers with a comprehensive view of the market. Your role will involve regular communication with onboarded brokers, developing them into consistent referrers who value the partnership with Allica Bank.
