Who you are

You have a strong background in technical success management, ideally with experience in the financial services or fintech industry. You thrive in proactive, forward-looking technical leadership roles and have a proven track record of guiding clients through complex architectural decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can translate intricate technical concepts into actionable insights for clients.

You are passionate about identity management and understand the challenges that financial institutions face regarding fraud, compliance, and risk management. Your experience with KYC and AML processes is a significant asset, as you can help clients navigate these critical components of client onboarding. You are a collaborative team player who values diversity and inclusion in the workplace, aligning with Alloy's core values.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Success Manager II at Alloy, you will own the long-term technical success and architectural health of Alloy's most complex customers and partners. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are leveraging Alloy's API effectively, helping them access over 50 third-party data sources in real-time to enhance their decision-making processes. Your role will involve proactive engagement with clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, and ensuring that their technical needs are met.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer support, to drive strategic alignment and ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients scale their operations and manage identity risk effectively. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall success of the Technical Success team.
