What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with various teams to drive the successful execution of agile development processes — your focus will be on Salesforce Customer Experience portal implementation and Service Cloud functionality, including Cases and Chats. You will lead discussions to gather requirements and refine user stories, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.

Your responsibilities will include translating complex business needs into functional specifications, facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams, and ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and meet the highest quality standards.
