What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of agile development processes — your focus will be on Salesforce Customer Experience portal implementation and Service Cloud functionality. You will lead discussions to gather requirements and refine user stories, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on business needs.

You will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear functional specifications.
