What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the successful execution of agile development processes. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions to gather requirements, refining user stories, and supporting the implementation of Salesforce Customer Experience portals and Service Cloud functionalities.
