What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the successful execution of agile development processes. You will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs and functional specifications are aligned. Your responsibilities will include gathering detailed requirements, refining user stories, and supporting the implementation of Salesforce Customer Experience portal functionalities. You will lead discussions that translate complex concepts into clear requirements, enabling your team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that address today's healthcare challenges.
