You have a strong emphasis on Salesforce Customer Experience portal implementation and Service Cloud functionality, ensuring alignment on business needs and functional specifications.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your experience in driving detailed requirements gathering and refining user stories will help support the successful execution of agile development processes. You are adept at fostering collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders, including Product and Engineering teams, to ensure that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience with healthcare technology and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by biopharma, health plans, and healthcare providers will be beneficial. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive detailed requirements gathering and refine user stories. You will support the successful execution of agile development processes, focusing on Salesforce Customer Experience portal implementation and Service Cloud functionality. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions to ensure alignment on business needs and functional specifications, as well as translating complex concepts into actionable tasks for technical teams.

You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that address the challenges faced by healthcare stakeholders. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Salesforce platform, ensuring that Veradigm remains at the forefront of healthcare technology.
