What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the successful execution of agile development processes. You will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs and functional specifications are met. Your responsibilities will include driving the implementation of Salesforce Customer Experience portal and Service Cloud functionalities, such as Cases and Chats. You will lead discussions to gather requirements and refine user stories, ensuring that the solutions delivered are high-quality and scalable. You will also be involved in fostering collaboration among teams, helping to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
